Our Premium plan provides full-service safeguarding, combining priority attention, & communication.

Includes everything in Enhanced, plus:
• Priority handling for concerns
• Reassurance visit within 24 hours of a significant incident (where practicable)
• Priority communication handling 

• Coming Home Service – Pre-arranged safeguarding support for individuals returning home, with on-foot accompaniment / collection via patrol vehicle from a nearby agreed location.
• Post Incident Initial Support: Door to Door, Witness and CCTV Enquiries, Passing observations on to Police

- Weekly Welfare & Wellbeing Visit
A key element of the Premium service is a scheduled weekly daytime visit, designed for vulnerable or elderly residents, or for families who want reassurance that someone is regularly checking in.
During each visit, your assigned team member will: Spend approximately 10–15 minutes with the resident (where appropriate)
• Provide a friendly and reassuring presence 

• Engage in conversation and general check-in
• Build familiarity through consistent visits Alongside this, they will carry out attentive observational checks with consideration to:
• General wellbeing
• Basic safety within the home environment - Trip, slip, or fall risks
• Fire safety awareness and escape routes and general hazards
- Following the visit:
• Notes are recorded
• Any concerns are flagged
• Updates can be provided to the client or family where required
