WhoWe’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who:

• Are reliable, self-disciplined, and able to work independently

• Are confident in lone or small team environments, including evenings/nights

• Are professional, approachable, and customer-focused

• Are calm, observant, and confident in decision-making • Have, or are willing to develop, knowledge of UK law and safeguarding principles

• Have experience in police, military, security, or similar roles

The Role A frontline, community-facing role involving:

• Proactive patrols of residential areas

• Engagement with residents and the public

• Identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns

• Operating lawfully, professionally, and with sound judgement

You will work with autonomy and responsibility, maintaining a consistent and reassuring presence.
